1,How to know who is the winner?

        You can sign in the website and enter My Membership Center and check the winning information in My Won Items.

2,Should I pay extra money for the item?

        No.

3,Anything else I should do to get the item?

        When the sale ends, we will inform you in text, e-mail and notice (to your Membership Center). You should complete your personal information in My Save exactly. Then, we will call you within 3 days.

4,Is it genuine? Any guarantees? 

        We promise all items in our mall are totally genuine with Three Guarantees and nationwide warranty from the manufacture.  

5,How to share?

        After received the item, you can sign in our website and enter My Save to share your order. And you can get points when your sharing is verified then it will be released on the website.

6,Are there any exchanges or returns for the item? 

        No, only if the item is defective.

7,Notes for novices.

        Please fill out your real phone number and address so that we get in touch with you if you are the winner.

8,What if money hasn’t arrived in your e-bank account?

        There may be the reasons:

        The data may not transfer to the payment system in time, because of unsteady network speed or payment access interface problems.  

        Either low net connection speed or the timeout of date transfer could cause the background payment data connection failed, which means that the bank transaction is fulfilled but the background payment fails to show up.

Some firewall software may block pop-up windows of banking interface when you are paying, which results in deduction in your bank account but no payment data showed on our website. Here we want to assure you that we will check up on all orders according to the detailed bank accounting list the second day and any orders like that will be corrected by our staff then.
